In Vilnius were discussed aspects of the Moldovan-Lithuanian cooperation in the commercial-economic field

April 9, Vilnius - Possibilities to consolidate the Moldovan-Lithuanian trade relations and increase the bilateral economic relations were discussed by the Ambassador OF THE Republic of Moldova to Lithuania, Sergei Mihov, with the Director-General of the Vilnius Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts, Almantas Danilevičius.
The interlocutors expressed their interest in creating new platforms for mutually beneficial partnerships and identifying new business sectors for businessmen from both countries, emphasizing the need to capitalize on the existing potential for interaction and promotion of domestic products.
Ambassador S. Mihov highlighted the priorities of the authorities from Chisinau in attracting investments and promoting exports, reforms aimed to improve investments and business climate in the Republic of Moldova, policies in the IT sector, efforts aimed to develop the business environment and support small and medium enterprises, as well as the development of domestic rural tourism.
In his turn, Director General Almantas Danilevičius expressed openness to intensify the bilateral cooperation and availability to organize a business mission of Lithuanian companies during the current year in our country.
